1.1. The Client and the User consent with the collection and computer processing of their data, when applicable, authorizing that Car Detail inserts this data on an appropriate basis;
1.2. Car Detail is responsible for processing the data, the Client and the User undertaking to provide and keep personal data up to date and ensuring that they are true;
1.3. The personal data provided by the Customer or the User are intended for the management of Car Detail’s customers and services, as well as for service marketing actions. Customers and Users have guaranteed access to their data, being able to request in writing to update, correct or delete it, as well as the right, at any time, to request that their data don´t be used for service marketing actions by Car Detail.
2.1. Car Detail guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by its customers. The collection and processing of data is carried out in a safe way and prevents its loss or manipulation;
2.2. Car Detail does not disclose, transmit or sell the data of its Customers and Users to third parties, so that all personal information of Customers and Users is confidential;
2.3. Customers and Users have the right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose their data, at any time, thus ceasing to be part of the Car Detail database.
3.1. Cookies are reduced amounts of information that are stored on the Client or the User computer;
3.2. The Car Detail Website will send cookies to the device used by the Client or the User, for statistical analysis only;
3.3 The Client and the User can turn off cookies at any time.
